SkyHigh Pediatrics accepts Medicaid, Florida KidCare, and most major commercial insurance plans. We also welcome cash-pay (self-pay) patients. If you're unsure whether we accept your plan, give us a call — we're happy to verify your coverage before your visit.

Be Prepared

How to Prepare for Your Visit

A little preparation goes a long way. Here's what to bring and expect for each type of appointment.

Sick Visit

  • Note when symptoms started and how they've changed
  • List any medications given at home (name & dose)
  • Bring your insurance card and photo ID
  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early for paperwork
  • Write down any questions you want to ask Dr. Bola

Wellness Check

  • Bring your child's immunization record
  • Note any developmental concerns or changes
  • List current medications and supplements
  • Bring school or sports forms that need to be signed
  • Be ready to discuss nutrition, sleep, and screen time

New Patient Visit

  • Bring all prior medical records and immunization history
  • Complete new patient forms before your visit if possible
  • Bring insurance card, photo ID, and referral if required
  • List all current medications, allergies, and diagnoses
  • Allow extra time — first visits are thorough!
